PURPOSE: To gain access to the remote control object at a high speed by utilizing an information card storing the readout code on the control information and its action stop code in an output system when the control information of the remote control object is increased.
CONSTITUTION: A card information readout outputting means 12 reading the numerical information SK of an information card 11 and outputting a carrier medium CSK on the numerical information SK, a receiving means 13 receiving the carrier medium CSK and outputting the numerical information SK, and a remote control object 14 processing signals based on the numerical information SK are provided, and two or more card information readout outputting means 12 are provided. The card information readout outputting means 12 is constituted of a card positioning means 12A, two or more detecting means PS1, PS2, a data decoding means 12B, and a transmitting means 12C.
