CONSTITUTION: A vertical guide line 3 and horizontal guide lines 4-1 4-8 are printed on a pasteboard part 1 and a card presser 2 is further attached to the right end of the pasteboard part 1. Address book cards 5 having detachable paste applied to the left ends thereof are matched with the vertical guide line 3 and horizontal guide lines 4-1-4-8 of the pasteboard part 1 to be bonded to the pasteboard part 1.
