CONSTITUTION: A business control device for the maintenance of a vehicle is provided with a storage device 3 having a historical data storage part 3a and a control table 3b, an input keyboard 4a, a processing device 5 to store, renew and eliminate optional historical data and a display 6a to display input and output of the processing device 5, and is provided with a reader 2 to read a code for a vehicle from a magnetic card 1, and recording of the maintenance of a corresponding vehicle and historical data on its accounting processing are read out of a historical data storage part 3a by the processing device 5, and a bill is automatically prepared and renewed by the processing device 5.
