PURPOSE: To facilitate the code collation between a plurality of different kinds of lock controllers by prescribing the regions as collation object or related to a plurality of partial code, among all the regions related to the recording code of an insertion card and collating the partial code with the corresponding registration partial code and releasing lock when the results accord.

CONSTITUTION: Among all the regions related to the recording code of a card 11 whose collation object regulation part 2 is inserted into a reading-out part 1, the regions related to four kinds of data consisting of the master data as collation object, submaster data, fixed data, and individual data are prescribed in common. Further, the pair of the master data and submaser data consisting of the organization of each data and the pair of fixed data and the individual data are prescribed. Then, a collation part 3 collates each data with the registration data in correspondence which is stored in a registration part 4. A judging part 5 judges the time to release a lock 10 when the result of each collation of the master data and submaster data or the fixed data and individual data accords.
