PURPOSE: To save labor for checking a meter and collecting a charge and to reduce labor cost by buying a card by paying the charge in advance and receiving water supply only for permitted water supply quantity written to the card.
CONSTITUTION: All permitted water supply data added to the card are fetched to a memory 23 by inserting a bought card 11 to a device 20 and the permitted water supply data added to the card are erased. Then, the card is discharged. Each time a flow meter 52 transmits a signal corresponding to unit using quantity, the unit using quantity is subtracted from the permitted water supply data stored in the memory 23 and when the permitted water supply data stored in the memory 23 go to zero, a valve 51 is closed. Then, the water supply is stopped. Thus, the labor for checking the meter, demanding the charge and collecting the charge can be saved.
