PURPOSE: To impart an identifying function between cards issued in a large quantity without any influence to size, thickness, a magnetic tape by disposing a transparent material having a specific thickness between upper and lower hard synthetic resin sheets having specific thickness, provided with windows.

CONSTITUTION: A relatively hard synthetic resin sealing material such as vinyl chloride having 0.1-0.5mm of thickness, opened with window holes is employed as an outer surface material. A window material includes, for example, a sheet material made of transparent synthetic resin of 0.1-0.4mm of thickness such as polyester, polypropylene, etc., and inserted to be adhered between the above two outer surface materials. For example, a card 10 is formed of a surface material 1 printed variously on the surface of a PVC, and opened with a window 2 having 10-40mm of diameter (d). The window 2 is formed with a transparent laminate material 4 in which a small flower 3 is inserted.
