Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve sealing performance and heat sealing strength in a sealed rectangular paper container blank, particularly in the bottom of the container blank with respectively different resins laminated on the innermost and outermost layers in a cardboard sealed rectangular container equipped with a rectangular body tubular part, upper cover and bottom.
CONSTITUTION: The tip sides of base plates 7, 9 forming at least the bottom C of a cardboard sealed rectangular container are equipped with an insertion seal plate 12 respectively via overlapping seal region 10 and fold (e). Then, the insertion seal plate 12 is folded back outward from the fold (e) and stuck into and the tip of the base plate 9 is inserted into the overlapped base plate 7 and the both side triangular foldout plates 6a, 8a of the plate 7, and the overlapped inner surfaces of the overlapping seal region 10 of the base plate 7 and the insertion seal plate 12 are bonded by thermocompression so that the bottom C is formed.
