Abstract:
To make it possible to improve cardboard sheet cutting accuracy in cardboard sheet cutting system and method, and a cardboard sheet manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A cardboard sheet cutting system comprises: a cut-off 25 which cuts a double-sided cardboard sheet E, which is formed in such a manner that a front liner A and a back liner C are bonded to both sides of corrugated cores B1, B2, into a prescribed length along a width direction; an imaging device 101 which captures an image of a tabular double-sided cardboard sheet F cut by the cut-off 25; a sheet length calculation part 113 which calculates a length of the tabular double-sided cardboard sheet F in a transport direction on the basis of the photographed image captured by the imaging device 101; a sheet length determination part 114 which determines whether the length of the tabular double-sided cardboard sheet F, which is calculated by the sheet length calculation part 113, falls within a preset allowable range or not; and a cut-off control part 25A which adjusts a cutting position by the cut-off 25 when the length of the tabular double-sided cardboard sheet F does not fall within the allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
