An urine excretion paper container body 10 is formed by cutting out and assembling a single waterproof cardboard into a container shape and closely sticking joining portions into a water leakage prevention state. The container body 10 has an opening part 11 in its upper part or near the upper part. An excreted urine discharge paper cylinder 20 is formed by cutting out and assembling a single waterproof cardboard into a cylindrical shape and closely sticking joining portions into a water leakage prevention state. This urine discharge paper cylinder 20 is closely joined with the opening part 11 in a leakage prevention state.
