PURPOSE: To obtain the title device capable of quantitatively analyzing a spinning state of carding machine by arranging a stationary flat, having a strain gauge attached to the side of a main body of a bar, at a given position on the surface of a cylinder of a carding machine and connecting a strain measuring device and a recorder to the strain gauge.

CONSTITUTION: In a device of analyzing a carding state, which is attached to the surface of a cylinder of a carding machine of a spinning machine and used, the back of a main body of bar 1 is detachably equipped with a metallic wire 2, a stationary flat 8, having a strain gauge 9 attached to the side of the main body of the bar, is arranged at a given position on the surface the cylinder of the carding machine, the stationary flat 8 is equipped in an integrated way with a fixing base 4 having a given curvature and a bolt 5 on the top and brackets 3 at both ends, the brackets 3 of the bar 1 are attached to the bolt 5 of the fixing base 4, the bar 1 is fastened and fixed by nuts 7 in so that the position of the bar is adjustable and a strain measuring device 10 and a recorder 13 are connected to the strain gauge 9 attached to the stationary flat 8 to quantitatively analyze a spinning state of the carding machine.
