PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care management system that can easily recognize a person to be cared for whom a notice has been issued.SOLUTION: The care management system according to the present application includes: a plurality of care terminals assigned to care assistants, respectively; and a plurality of cared terminals connected to the care terminals to be capable of communicating with each other and assigned to persons to be cared for, respectively, the persons to be cared for having notification means sending a notification signal to the care terminals, and the care terminals having an output unit and notification output means outputting reception of the notification signal to the output unit in an output manner corresponding to the persons to be cared for in response to the notification signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
