This care and support device for a western-style toilet pushes a curved surface of side walls of a western-style toilet horizontally from both the sides with cylindrical or pole-like attachments of a pushing member. The pushing member 4 comprises a pair of cylindrical or pole-like attachments which are located on the top of a pushing screw 42 screwed to a pair of side bars 40 the front top of which is attached single-handedly to a connection frame 3 and push the curved surface of the side wall 14 of a western-style toilet 10 horizontally, a guide piece 47 hung below the attachment end 50 of the attachment 43, and a guide pin located in parallel with the pushing screw 42 between the guide piece 47 and the side bar 40.
