PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve care work by acquiring problems and issues of the care work.SOLUTION: A care work evaluation device 7: retrieves information related to care work and/or an operation history of nurse calls satisfying designated retrieval conditions from an integrated database 6; extracts position information of a care staff when the retrieved information is acquired, from the integrated database 6; and outputs extracted position information of the care staff. This configuration can acquire problems and issues of the care work so as to improve the care work such as improvement in a traffic line and layout of the care staff and improvement in direct care.
