In this cargo carry, four peripheral wall parts 110, 120, 130 and 140 to be net bodies are foldable. The cargo carry includes a rectangular bottom surface part 100 corresponding to a bottom surface of a cargo part, the four peripheral wall parts 110, 120, 130 and 140 hinge-connected to each edge part of the bottom surface part 100, a first frame 210 having a substantially reverse recessed shape and provided with the first caster 310 at a distal end, a second frame 220 having a substantially reverse recessed shape, provided with the second caster 320 at a distal end and provided at a position opposed to the first frame 210, and a connecting mechanism 400 for mutually connecting and fixing the four peripheral wall parts 110, 120, 130 and 140 in stood states.
