PURPOSE: To provide a cargo cart which is high in rolling resistance performance resisting against rolling caused by abrupt cornering, and will never be rolled carelessly though it is the cargo cart equipped with a turntable type steering device.

CONSTITUTION: In the cargo cart equipped with a turn table type steering device 2 having a turn table means 14 which carries a front wheel support frame 15 underneath a body in such a way as to be freely turned around wherein the aforesaid turn table means rotatably supports a right and a left front wheel, the turning center of the turn table means 14 is set at a position relatively biased forward in the moving direction of the cargo cart from an axial line position connecting a right and a left front wheel 3 and 4 with each other, which are in a no-steering state.
