Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device which has a better stability in a case of breakage and which can load bulk material stably from a hatch.SOLUTION: A loading device which is installed in a bulk material carrying vessel that carries bulk material loaded in a hatch with a plurality of compartment and which loads the bulk material from the hatch is provided.Provided with vertical transfer means which vertically transfers bulk material shipped from the hatch with a plurality of compartment intended to make inside water tight by barrier, horizontal transfer means, connected with the vertical transfer means, which horizontally transfers bulk material of the hatch from an extract port with a rectangular cross section, toward a lower end of the vertical transfer means, as well as being disposed so as to penetrate into the center of the bottom part of the hatch in a hull longitudinal direction of the bulk material carrying vessel, and an air slider which is installed at the bottom part of the hatch to be tilted toward the center of the bottom part and transfers bulk material in the hatch toward the horizontal transfer means, by fluidization of bulk material in the hatch by airflow, the device is characterized in that the extract port with a rectangular cross section of the hatch and the horizontal transfer means are blockably connected by water tight square butterfly valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
