To unload a cargo by rotating a carrying roller of a movable base, without using a driving source such as a cylinder mechanism when the movable base is moved back.
For feeding the cargo onto a cargo receiving face 1a such as transport vehicle, the movable base 5 is reciprocated between a base and the cargo receiving face 1a to which a plurality of carrying rollers 6 are disposed to be in parallel with each other. Wheels 3 are disposed at a plurality of portions of the movable base 5, and support rollers 4, 40 are arranged under a predetermined carrying roller 6. Both end shafts of support rollers 4, 40 are respectively supported to be movable in a longitudinal direction by long hole parts 16, 18, 17, 19 formed to a frame of the movable base 5. Each of the support rollers 4, 40 is moved at a position not to be in contact with an outer peripheral face of the carrying roller 6 when moved forward, and is moved at a position in contact with the outer peripheral face of the carrying roller 6 when moved back. The outer peripheral faces of the support rollers 4, 40 are compression-deformed and closely in contact with the outer peripheral face of the carrying rollers 6, and the carrying rollers 6 are rotated integrally with the support rollers 4, 40 by their frictional forces.
