To provide a cargo handing machine for a container, a container control system and a container cargo handing method, accurately automatically recognizing the information on the container to be handled to attain high efficiency of cargo handing work.
In a container crane, a girder opposite to the longitudinal end face of the container 3 of a spreader 45 holding the container 3 is provided with an RF-ID tag reader/writer (a radio communication device ) 45b. An RF-ID tag (a radio tag) 3b storing the container information is fitted to the longitudinal end part of the container 3. The RF-ID tag reader/writer 45b performs the radio communication with the RF-ID tag 3b when the spreader 45 is located on a transport route of the container 3. The container information includes output of a sensor provided on the container 3 to detect the security information of the container 3.
