First loading parts 51a, 51b are mounted at the apex side in the loading ranges 40a, 40b of the transfer device 12, and the second loading parts 52a, 52b are mounted at a side opposite to the apex side in the loading range 40a, 40b of the transfer device 12. A plurality of loading ranges 40a, 40b are arranged in the circumferential direction on the main body part 16 of the transfer device 12 as a center. The layout is determined to load the articles 39 between the first loading parts 51a, 51b and the second loading parts 52a, 52b by the transfer device 12 in each of loading ranges 40a, 40b. The first loading parts 51a, 51b and the second loading parts 52a, 52b are close to each other, whereby the operation range of the transfer device 12 is reduced, the space can be saved, and the loading performance can be improved. One boundary line 43 is determined between the loading ranges 40a, 40b.
