PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling method between a cargo vessel and landside equipment or marine storage tanks which enables safe and efficient unloading and loading of fluid cargo, e.g. crude oil or natural gas, between a cargo vessel and landside or marine storage tanks staying in safe areas even in stormy weather due to severe atmospheric and sea phenomena, a cargo handling system for the method and a marine hose expanded vessel.SOLUTION: A cargo handling method for a cargo vessel 20 performing cargo handing between the cargo vessel and a landside or marine storage tank 10 comprises conveying a line 41 for cargo handling which is connected or connectable to the side of the storage tank by a pipeline 41 expanded vessel 30 to the cargo vessel keeping a position within a range of a preliminarily set area on the ocean, connecting the conveyed pipeline for cargo handling to a vessel-side cargo handling line, performing loading or unloading of cargo by using the pipeline for cargo handling and the vessel-side cargo handling line connected to the pipeline for cargo handling and separating the pipe line for cargo handling from the vessel-side cargo handling line after the cargo handling.
