This method is provided for transferring the raw material S in a hold of the ship outside by scraping it off by a bucket 14 of the continuous unloader, and includes a first process of forming a recessed part 45 on a surface of the raw material S by scraping off a surface part of the loaded raw material S by the bucket 14, a second process of storing the moisture W oozing out of the raw material S in the recessed part 45, a third process of discharging water W gathered in the recessed part 45 to the ship outside by scooping it up by the bucket 14, and a fourth process of transferring the raw material S which has discharged the moisture W to the ship outside by scraping it off by the bucket 14.
