To provide a cargo handling vehicle capable of carrying out a spin turn without wearing a drive tire.

The drive tire 1 is composed by joining two individually rotatable tires 2a and 2b. A support member 3 connected to a drive shaft 30 and rotatably supporting the tires 2a and 2b, and a differential gear differentiating the tires 2a and 2b are provided in an interior of the drive tire 1. The differential gear is composed of a plurality of small gears 5 rotatably supported by the support member 3 and two large gears 7a and 7b fixed to the tires 2a and 2b so as to mesh with the small gears 5. During a spin turn, by turning of the support member 3, the small gears 5 rotate, the large gears 7a and 7b rotate in, different directions, and the tires 2a and 2b turn in an R direction while rotating in different directions.
