Abstract:
To safely and reliably dump a container in a cargo handling vehicle for dumping on an undercarriage the container detachably mounted on the undercarriage and for loading and unloading the container between the undercarriage and the ground.
A dump arm 3 and a lift arm 6 are locked by a lock device LO on a line, and a container Ct is mounted on the arms 3, 6. A hook arm 7 slidably provided on the lift arm 6 and the lock device LO are connected by a linking mechanism RM. The linking mechanism RM is actuated along with the slide movement of the hook arm 7 to hold the lock device LO at a locked position for dumping the container Ct.
