Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling of a cargo by arranging an emergency setting means separate from a setting means for connecting a driving means to a hanging-down means when discriminating an abnormal state by an abnormal state discriminating means.
SOLUTION: An emergency solenoid valve 12 is normally set so as to supply oil pressure of an oil pressure source 67 to a clutch cylinder right chamber 64b. However, when a prescribed control signal is sent out of a controller 9, the oil pressure of the oil pressure source 67 is not supplied to the clutch cylinder right chamber 64b, and the clutch cylinder right chamber 64b is reduced to tank pressure so that a clutch 61 is connected to driving force of a hydraulic motor 3 regardless of the oil pressure of a clutch cylinder left chamber 64a. Thus, when a solenoid valve 10 is fixed in a state of a free fall mode, an accident of dropping a cargo though a driver operates an operation lever 5 to the hoisting or lowering side or the mode is switched to a neutral brake mode, can be prevented.
