To provide a cargo net device preventing tilting and rattling of a shank, and restricting the rotation of the shank without increases in the size of the device, the number of components or weight.
A pair of parallel pins 324 and 325 abutting on the inner peripheral surface of a hollow shaft 31 are provided to a first arm section 321 of the shank 32 with a predetermined longitudinal space. This prevents the tilting and rattling of the shank 32. Also, a coiled spring 35 restricts the rotation of the shank 32 about the first arm section 321, and maintains the attitude of the shank 32 to direct an engaging section 323 upward. Since no additional member for restricting the rotation is required other than the coiled spring 35, increase in the size of the device, the number of the components, or weight is not caused.
