PURPOSE: To provide a cargo pipe for a liquefied gas carrier ship with a small construction range of cold insulation so as to facilitate cold insulation.

CONSTITUTION: A cargo pipe is formed of a liquid pipe and a vaporized gas pipe 6 connected to a low temperature tank 3 in a low temperature liquefied gas carrier ship 2. At the time of discharging liquid, vaporized gas is fed into the tank 3 after the liquid in the tank 3 is discharged. In the case of loading low temperature liquefied gas, the low temperature liquefied gas is fed into the tank 3 after the vaporized gas in the tank 3 is discharged. In such a cargo pipe for a low temperature liquefied gas carrier ship, the liquid pipe 5 and the vaporized gas pipe 6 are formed into a double pipe in which the liquid pipe 5 is an inner pipe and cold insulation 9 is applied to the outer periphery of the double pipe in such a way as to surround it.
