Abstract:
To provide a cargo tank unit and a vessel capable of increasing thickness of a cargo tank and enlarging the cargo tank.SOLUTION: A cargo tank unit includes a cargo tank 20, a skirt 30, and a welding unit 40. The cargo tank is an IMO tank type C in an IGC code. The skirt has its top end connected over a circumference direction on a bottom half unit of the cargo tank. The skirt is extended outside a diameter direction of the cargo tank according as advancing downward and fixed to a hull. The welding unit fixes an upper end of the skirt along the circumference direction of the cargo tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
