This cargo unloading device 1 has a placing base 1a capable of placing a cargo N transferred from a loading space Ta of the vehicle T, and has an abutting means 2 arrangeable in the width direction of the loading space Ta and capable of abutting on the cargo N on the loading space Ta, a delivery means 3 composed of a pair of flexible members deliverable to the loading space Ta side from the right-left of the placing base Ta and having the respective tips engageable with the right-left end parts of the abutting means 2, and a pair of right-left winding means 4 capable of transferring the cargo on the loading space Ta to the placing base 1a side together with the abutting means 2 by respectively winding a pair of right-left delivered delivery means 3.
