To provide a caring mat by which a user can maintain a comfortable property even when the user has raised his upper body.

This caring mat 10 is equipped with a plurality of cells A1 to A26. The caring mat 10 is provided with a buttock section cell 16, buttock section gas-feeding paths 17a and 17b, and check valves 18a and 18b. In this case, the buttock section cell 16 is arranged at a location corresponding to the buttock section of the user 2, and the buttock section cell 16 is provided with a housing hole 11 for housing a diaper cup which encloses the waist-buttock section of the user. The buttock section gas-feeding paths 17a and 17b feed a gas to the buttock section cell 16. The check valves 18a and 18b are provided in the buttock section gas-feeding paths 17a and 17b, and prevent the gas from moving from the buttock section cell 16 to other cells A1to A11, and A17to A26.
