To prevent the falling of chemicals such as insecticide or the like by providing a surface material and foundation cloth to which a kind of the insecticide, a mildew-proof agent and an antibacterial agent is added or mixed and worked and sticking the surface material and the foundation cloth by a granular adhesive material.
The surface material 1 is formed by weaving cotton 3 to which the antibacterial agent such as chitosan or the like with less effects on a human body is mixed by mayer weaving machine. On the other hand, the foundation cloth 2 is formed by integrally piling up a foundation cloth main body 4 for which a mite-proof agent such as boric acid ceramics or the like and the antibacterial agent such as silver ions or the like are mixed in a polypropylene material and plainly woven and non-woven fabric 5 made of polyester by needle punching. Then, the surface material 1 and the foundation cloth 2 are adhered by granularly blowing an urethane group adhesive material 6 to the surface material 1 by a spray and the periphery is sewn in an overlock shape by nylon thread. Thus, the falling of the chemicals such as the insecticide or the like is prevented.
