Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet carriage capable of holding a marking surface of an open booklet reliably and horizontally regardless of the thickness.SOLUTION: A carriage comprises: a booklet placing part 12 for placing a booklet 5 in a state of opening the booklet; a booklet guide 13 having a pair of width direction restriction surfaces 132 provided at a substantially equal interval to the width of the booklet along both sides of the booklet placing part, and a thickness direction restriction surface 131 for restricting a thickness direction of the booklet, which protrudes horizontally from the upper ends of the width direction restriction surfaces to the booklet side; and clamp means 14 having a pressing member 141 for fixing the position of the booklet inserted into the booklet placing part between the thickness direction restriction surface at positions of at least four corners of the booklet placing part.
