A device comprises a carriage main body 1, glass pane loading table 2 provided on an upper part of the carriage main body 1 to be arranged in a height almost corresponding to a floor height of a container, and a winch 3 provided in the carriage main body 1 to be made able to wind a rope 33. The glass pane loading table 2 is arranged to be opposed to a rear end opening part of the container, also in a condition latched a tip end of the rope 33 locked to a glass pane in the container, by winding the rope 33 with the winch 3, the glass pane is drawn out on the glass pane loading table 2 from the container through this rear end opening part.
