PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of rapidly, easily and automatically loading/unloading a carriage from a truck, temporarily providing loading ramps automatically backwardly on a deck and accommodating the loading ramps on the deck immediate before the carriage in unloaded from the deck of the truck.
SOLUTION: A pair of fixed loading ramps 2 are fixed on the deck 10 of the truck in the longitudinal direction, a pair of movable loading ramps 3 comprising a front half movable loading ramp 3a and a back half movable loading ramp 3b connected to each other by a hinge 31 are connected to the fixed loading ramps 2 in a collapsible manner backward of the deck, the movable loading ramps 3 are accommodated on the deck 10 in a double-folding erected condition in a backwardly following manner when the carriage 4 on the road surface is traveled from the movable loading ramps to the loading position of the fixed loading ramps 2 via a wire 50 by a winding means 5, and the movable loading ramps 3 are developed so that a rear end part of the deck is connected to the road surface in an inclined manner immediately before the carriage 4 is lowered from the deck.
