Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a carriage small and simple and make its power feeder system simple by eliminating a driving motor from the carriage.
CONSTITUTION: By supporting a pinion 14 which engages with a rack 5 on carriage 2 side to a slider 9 and sliding the slider 9 by means of a driving motor 11 while rotating the pinion 14 with a driving motor 24, the carriage 2 is made to run from a preceding process S2 to a following process S3. Moreover, the carriage 2 is moved by the amount of a stroke ST2 while the pinion 14 is moved by the amount of a stroke ST1, and for returning the slider 9 to its original condition, the pinion 14 is kept in a freely rotatable condition.
