PURPOSE: To effectively utilize the space of a car shed by transmitting the rotary force of a roller engaged with an automobile driving wheel to the traversing roller of an automobile loading plate via a roller locking mechanism and transferring in the direction orthogonal with the progressing direction the automobile placed in a car shed.
CONSTITUTION: Two pairs of rollers 6-9 are provided on the chassis 5 for the truck mounting an automobile and made drivable by placing the driving wheel of the automobile. The rotating power of the rollers 6-9 is transmitted to traversing rollers 20, 21 via a connection shaft 11, worm speed reducer 12 and driven shafts 15, 16 and the chassis 5 is made traversable. In this case a claw wheel 14 is provided at the other end of the connection shaft 11 and the lock mechanism of the rollers 6-9 is provided by arranging a detachable locking member 28. A checkered plate 27 performs the antislipping of an automobile by its surface uneven pattern. Consequently the truck realizing the effective utilization of a car shed space on a narrow site can be obtd.
