Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure an efficient layout so as to miniaturize a carriage and facilitate maintenance and repair of the carriage.SOLUTION: A carriage structure for an inkjet printer that is arranged so as to be slidable along a guide rail disposed along a main scanning direction includes: a lifting mechanism of which the back face side in a sub-scanning direction is arranged so as to be slidable along the guide rail, and which has engagement means on the front face side thereof in the sub-scanning direction; and a bracket that is a plate-like body detachably mounted to the engagement means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
