Abstract:
PURPOSE: To disperse noise occurring when each part is brought into contact with a carrying table for reducing the noise by making the feed action of a carrying bar for carrying each work with slippage in the phases of at least a plurality of the carrying bars.
CONSTITUTION: When a rod part 1 and a cap part 2 supplied from a previous process are mounted on each carrying table 7, the above works 4 are carried by carrying bars 16, 16 and 17, 17. Namely a driving shaft 13 is rotatingly driven by a driving motor, and the rod part 1 and the cap part 2 in inside work carrying passages 6a, 6b are synchronously carried after the eccentric shape of the eccentric shaft part 13a of the driving shaft 13 by the carrying bars 16, 17. On the other hand, the rod part 1 and the cap part 2 in outside work carrying passages 6a, 6b are carried with their phases shifted at 180 degrees from the inside ones.
