Abstract:
To provide a carrier device suitable for dross removal, and a continuous hot-dipping process.
This carrier device in a continuous hot-dipping facility of a metal strip comprises, a couple of conveyance openings which are communicated mutually, so that one conveyance opening can absorb the dross and the other opening can exhaust, and an impeller which can switch a conveyance direction of the dross from one to the other, by reversing its rotating direction. The carrier device has an effect to pass the dross towards a suitable direction depending on a metal for hot dipping, dross, product quality and the like.
