Abstract:
To solve the problem of sticking of oil on a friction clutch by employing a belt transmission mechanism instead of a chain transmission mechanism, since conventionally, a carrying force is transmitted by the chain transmission mechanism to respective roller bodies in an accumulate conveyor which transmits the carrying force to the roller bodies arranged in parallel along a carrying direction, and oil may stick on the friction clutch in oiling the chain transmission mechanism to hinder transmission efficiency.SOLUTION: A belt transmission mechanism is used as a power transmission mechanism 30. A belt 31 is extended between adjacent pulleys 20 adjoining a downstream side and an upstream side in a tandem fashion to transmit power. A V-ribbed belt is used as the belt 31. In the tandem fashion, the pulleys 20 are supported by two bearings. Oiling is not required differently from a conventional chain transmission mechanism, the trouble that oil sticks on the friction clutch can be prevented to improve maintainability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
