Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier device which attains a series of operations of a grasp, a feed and a release to transport a work in a linear direction by an input from a single driving source and is capable of making the whole of the device compact and and performing a high speed operation.
SOLUTION: A cam 26 for feed and cams 28 and 30 for clamp whose cam shapes are formed by a 180° point symmetry around the center of revolution are provided on input axes 20, 20a and the phases of the cams 28 and 30 for clamp are synchronized with the revolution direction. Turrets 40, 40a for feed and turrets 42, 42a, 44, 44a for clamp are made to come into slidable contact with the symmetry location holding each cam and each turrent is connected with a pair of feed bars 16, 18 via movement conversion mechanisms 78, 78a for feed and movement conversion mechanisms 80, 80a, 82, 82a for first and second clamps.
