Abstract:
To provide a carrier drying method and a carrier drying device, enough drying the carrier up to the inside of a groove without thermal deformation in a comparatively short time.
At least either the projecting parts 2 to 4 or a recessed part 5 provided on the outer peripheral part of the carrier 1 is fixed by holding tools 6 to 9 for fixing and holding by insertion or nipping, and in such a state, the carrier is heated.
