Abstract:
To provide a carrier for electrostatic latent image development which can be quickly charged, protects itself against contamination on the surface, gives a stable charge to toner for a long period, and forms high quality images stably.
The carrier with the surface of its core particle coated with a resin has the feature that inorganic fine particles the surface of which is treated with a fluorine compound, and, if necessary, a resinous ingredient comprising nitrogen is atomized to disperse in the coating layer of the resin.
