Abstract:
To provide a carrier capable of manufacturing a nanocarbon material of high purity, its manufacturing method, a manufacturing apparatus of the nanocarbon material and a manufacturing system of the nanocarbon material.
The carrier for manufacturing the nanocarbon material is a porous carrier which supports an active metal for manufacturing the nanocarbon material using a carbon raw material and has high crystallinity characterized in that, for example, in the X-ray diffraction peak of the carrier, its half band width is 0.05° or below, more preferably 0.02° or below.
