Abstract:
To provide a carrier and a processor to position an object to carry at the time of inspection and machining.
It is furnished with a carrying base 3 to extend in the carrying direction of an object 2, a pair of carrying members 4, 4 extending in the carrying direction on this carrying base 3, arranged to face against each other with the object 2 between them and arranging a surface equivalent to width of the object 2 in a saw-tooth-wave shape on a surface 10 facing against the object 2 and electric cylinders 5, 5 to alternately bring a pair of these carrying members 4, 4 close and separate in the carrying direction of the object 2 from diagonally backward.
