Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a photosensitive material with high accuracy of rollers maintained at low cost.
SOLUTION: A carrier roller set 24 that is rotatably supported by a processing rack 22 put in a developing bath 20 catches a photograph paper P and carries the photographic paper P by the aid of a driving force transmitted from a driving source. The carrier roller set 24 is composed of a pair of rollers and each of the paired rollers is formed into a coaxial two-layer structure by means of two-layer extrusion by using a thermoplastic resin. The outer layer parts 26A, 28A of the carrier roller 24 are made of polyphenylene ether element and have an elasticity modulus of 240 kgf/mm2 or more while its outer layer parts 26B, 28B are made of polyphenylene ether containing glass filler and have an elasticity modulus of 900 kgf/mm2 or more.
