Title:
担体担持パラジウムコア白金シェル微粒子およびその製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6609758
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To find a condition for synthesizing a PdPt core-shell type fine particle and provide the PdPt core-shell type fine particle at low cost.SOLUTION: In consideration of a problem that variation of fine particles is large when a core-shell type catalyst fine particle of a carbon carrying palladium core platinum shell is synthesized at a form that palladium is carried by a carrier from synthesis of palladium of a core, ethylene glycol is used as a dispersant, and sodium tetrachloro palladium (2) acid (a palladium raw material) and a sodium hydroxide solution of product mass of 4 to 7 times of that of the palladium raw material are added to a dispersion in which the carrier is dispersed as an additive having a function of generation of hydroxide ions excluding potassium hydroxide in the dispersant to prepare a reaction raw material liquid. By adding sodium hydroxide from synthesis of palladium in coexistence with carbon, variation of fine particles disappears and fine particles with uniform properties can be manufactured at low cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
