Abstract:
To provide a carrier for wastewater treatment, a manufacturing method for a carrier for wastewater treatment, and a sewage treatment device with a carrier for wastewater treatment capable of forming various bacterial environments inside and making sludge volume reduction more efficient, as well as keeping bacterial decomposition by preventing sludge from clogging in the thermoplastic resin strand group.SOLUTION: The wastewater treatment carrier 1 includes a solidified deposit consisting of multiple strands of melted thermoplastic resin strands 2, which is a fusion-bonded strand laminated body constituted of laminated thermoplastic resin strand groups 5 each comprising: a thermoplastic resin strand group 3 for an external form arranged along the external form in a plane view; and a thermoplastic resin strand group 4 for the transverse crossing between the external forms are laminated. The wastewater treatment carrier comprises: high-density deposition parts 6 each formed in a part where the thermoplastic resin strands 5 overlaps each other; low-density deposition parts 7 each formed in a part where the thermoplastic resin strands 5 do not overlap each other; and space parts 8 in which no thermoplastic resin strand 5 exists.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
