PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a material efficiently to a lifting facility installed on a top part of a structure.SOLUTION: A carrier system for construction work includes a go-around carrier part 6A extending in a ring-form on outside of a tower part, for moving a material M in a circumferential direction, and a horizontal carrier part 6B disposed to deliver the material to three handing-over parts P1, P2, P3 on the go-around carrier part 6A. The go-around carrier part 6A and the horizontal carrier part 6B are installed at a same height, for delivering the material M to a lifting facility installed at a top part of the tower part during construction work for the tower part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
