To improve carrying efficiency by harmonizing a process-to-process carrier system with an in-process carrier system.

In this system, a carrying truck for process-to-process carriage travels along long-distance loops 2, 3 and a plurality of short-distance carrying passages 4-7 for in-process carriage are provided around the long-distance loops for the carrying truck for in-process carriage to travel. The short-distance carrying passages are connected to the long-distance loops via branch and combination parts 30. Either the carrying truck for process-to-process carriage or the carrying truck for in-process carriage can travel along both the long- distance loops and the short-distance carrying passages.
