Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier tape material having increased interlayer strength and simultaneously keeping good workability such as processibility.
SOLUTION: This carrier tape material comprises a multilayer combined paper sheet having ≤1.25% coefficient of variation of paper weight (CV), defined by the formula (1). CV(%)=SD/Ave×100...(1) wherein, SD is a standard deviation of measured weight of 100 sample fragments by using an electronic scale capable of measuring until decimal 4 places, Ave is a mean value of the measured weights and the sample fragments are obtained by punching a carrier tape material of 8 mm width (horizontal)×120 cm length (vertical) by using a punch having 6 mm inner diameter to cause 11 mm distance between respective centers of adjoining punched circles.
